- The IRS has granted tax-exempt status to the Committee
for an Incorporated Village on August 23, 2007. This status allows the committee to receive grant money previously committed
to us.
- We also have received formal notification that the committee
is now an incorporated entity.
- Lawn signs: Your committee has new lawn signs available.
These signs are a great way to show your support and help us raise the money needed to fund the incorporation process. You
can order the signs by:

Calling us at 631-732-4405 or by e-mail to Oakhillsny@aol.com. A donation of $20.00 is suggested.

Note: the committee recommends placing the signs a minimum of
8 feet from the curb.

In order to keep everyone more informed, the committee
will be sending out monthly e-mails, which will provide important information about the incorporation process.
- The committee is currently preparing several mailings
that will provide additional information and facts, so you can make an informed decision. These will be mailed out to all
residents within the proposed boundaries Oak Hills over the next 6 months.
